Songs inspired by Lloyd Reading: Bury Me in the Bakersfield Sound Underground
Welcome to my new series. A special version of Lyric Today/Hear it Tomorrow. This song was inspired by Lloyd Reading's Tuesday evening visit to my home recording studio, The BuckarooM, and by my first exposure to John Mellancamp's new CD. I listened to it on my way to work this morning, and found that it to be quite an inspiration. This song will be released underground tomorrow, or the next, or the next one after that, all depending on which songs of mine become the squeakiest wheels clamoring for grease. You'll find it at: Bakersfield Sound Underground http://www.bakersfieldsound...
