Petco Adoption Day!
Hi everyone, The Cat People's weekly adoption day at Petco -Rosedale is Saturdays from 10am-4pm, please come by and see our beautiful and loving cats and kittens. They are all well socialized, all of the kittens were rescued and most had to be bottlefed every two hours by our dedicated volunteers. They are spayed or neutered (if old enough), have had their shots and been treated for fleas. All are currently in fostercare and waiting for their for-ever home. You can read their stories in my articles and blog and look at their sweet innocent faces in my picture gallery. Please stop the madness of killing innocent sweet animals, have your pet spayed or neutered. Pets are not disposable, make sure you are up to keeping the long term commitment you make when you bring a pet into your home and your life.

October 16th is National Feral Cat Day!

October 16th is National Feral Cat Day! Please show your support by adopting a cat or kitten from the Cat People. We are at Petco every Saturday with cats and kittens ready for their forever home.  Celebrate National Feral Cat Day with us on Saturday Oct 17th by giving a cat or kitten a  chance to make your life purrrfect. All our cats and kittens have been rescued and most of the kittens are handraised and bottle fed. They are vet-checked, spayed or neutered and have been treated for fleas. All you add is L O V E!

If you are not able to take a kitty home right now maybe you could help by donating a bag of catfood toward our feral feeding program.

Recently a momma-cat had her litter 'in my yard' ... once they were done nursing, i couldnt let them starve to death, so i put food out every other day w/ fresh water daily thru until about 2 weeks ago

NOW - they + every other stray cat in the neighborhood are using my flower beds as litterboxes, and my husband has HAD it ... i am also SO worried that they are all gonna get hit on the road, since we are a corner house on a busy roadway.

any advice on what to 'do'  now?

i would be more than happy to donate $ and food to help them, but we have no clue how to catch them, or where to take them babies!

thanks!

Goldi...how many kittens are there? and are they able to be tamed or are they feral already? I do have cat traps, but if the kittens are unadoptable, the best I can do is a spay/neuter-release.
