 Make sure to save this picture, so when one of the kids playing in the water at Riverwalk Park drowns, some civil attorney can point out how no city employees are watching them to make sure they are safe.

 Well, there was this sign saying "enter at your own risk".  I'm sure there were responsible adults looking after these kids.

Gee~ I always supposed you were responsible OB.... take a good look at that picture,there are at least two dad types. Actually, we are all doomed,no way off this bus but one. But I know many responsible adults,so get out there and become one. BTW, being a responsible adult will not always protect your child,or your self...but it does help you sleep better at night.
