We went to church service yesterday morning. As this was part of the Memorial Day weekend it was expected that part of the service delved on the sacrifices the soldiers offered for their country. I also know that America is a nation at war with engagements in many parts of the world. However, I never really felt how they were affected by the conflicts. A major difference in drivers' attitude here in the United States is the use of the vehicle’s horns. On page 42 of the 2007 California Driver Handbook the uses of the horn are enumerated.  There are 3 conditions where you can use your horns and 4 conditions when not to use the horn.
