Two milestones
Well I hit two milestones this week:
First, I finished ripping all my CDs to my iPod. I have about 5,000 songs and about 40-50 hours of video. And I still have nearly 20 GB left out of the original 40. Pretty incredible. I also installed the grille on the 71 Cutlass. There is a pic attached. It looks pretty good and once I get the thing painted it should look really sweet. I also did a lot of work on the Monte recently, but I left my camera in Fresno so you'll have to wait on the pics. By the time I move next month the thing should be looking SHARP! 6 comments from 5 users

Might I suggest putting a photo album slideshow on there. You can show people your cars, pets, etc. posted by

Koz: You should convert those files in wav to MP3 or WMA. The take up much less space. Lhenry: I have the huge gazillion mega monser IPod and never have things in me ears (well except q-tips, hair, and an occasional knat.... how do they know how to find an ear in the dark anyway?). I hook my IPod to my car stereo with a cassette adapter. I play it through my old truck radio with an FM converter. I am ordering a connector to connect it directly to my stereo in my SUV. I too can't stand walking around with things stuck in my ears. posted by

I actually am not a fan of earbuds. They either fall out or you have to jam them halfway into your brain. But since I have to wear headphones a lot at work anyway, they aren't that distracting. I am wanting to get one of those FM transmitters, but since two of my three cars don't have stereos at all (no speakers either) I am not in a rush.
