PUBLISHED 5/15/08 ---- This is the tale of two Bakersfield city planning commissioners. One appointed by former Ward 3 City Councilman Mike Maggard, the other by Ward 7 Councilman Zack Scrivner.

This is the only comment here because it's just a matter of "the pot calling the kettle black." When are Weir and his complainers about Johnson going to stop this nonsense? Both groups are guilty of political maneuvering, but Weir and his bunch are getting on my nerves.
