What does it mean to be a Christian in Bakersfield?
In contrast to other places I have lived, Bakersfield is almost completely made up of church going 'Christians'. But, in the seven years that I have lived here, I have yet to see the type of everyday Christian charity that is so prevalent in the cities in and around Los Angeles.
