How else would I know I dream about blondes?
We had a recent poll on whether people dream in color.

A surprising number of people said either they dream in black and white or they don't know.

That strikes me as odd.

So I wanted to ask real people.  For lack of a better group, I'll ask you.

Do you dream in color? Do you dream at all?

I dream in color. The blonde I dream about is my wife. Charlize Theron might show up uninvited.

Color and I dream all the time. So do my kids... I had to ask them also.  Total color and always dreaming.

No clue.  I rarely remember my dreams but the two most vivid that I still remember was my son disappearing over a hill in the road on a dirt bike and my grandson falling off the Eiffel tower and me running down flights of stairs only to just miss him each time.  I have no memory of whether they were in color or not..just the terror.

Some mornings I wake up tired, I dream so much and vividly..this morning it was "bad" things chasing me, yesterday Mr Sage woke me up saying I was crying out "no, no" in my sleep..that's the only time I don't recall them, when I get woken up right in the dream. Even if all I have are fragments usually during the day something happens that triggers a recall. There are always those bizzaro dreams like the  "Luann"s dream in the Sunday comics..no sense to them.. but not to dream at all? We should trade half and half~ that way you non dreamers would get a dream life and we over achievers in dreams could get some rest!

Definitely dream in color.  Any other lucid dreamers out there?  I can do it, but I have to think about it every night before bed and it takes about a week of trying before it starts.

Color, often more vivid than real-world color.

Color. I remember my dreams usually. Unfortunately they are generally about needing to find a restroom and can't find one - then I wake up and make a run for it!

Nancy, take about 1/2 a melatonin [natural hormone] about an hour being turning out the lights and you may have the most vivd dreams of your life, not to mention a very good nights sleep.
