Happy Detox Day to all my readers, you God-forsaken hispandering media-jihadic turd heads. On this proud day when you rape the corpses of those who died to protect our freedom I hate you and may you all go to hell. Preventing another terrorist attack is like that. There is no media coverage when another 9/11 doesn't happen. We can thank God that President George Bush didn't care about doing the safe thing for himself; he cared about keeping Americans safe. And he has, for seven years. <a href="http://www.nytimes.com/2008... TIMES FEATURES 3 PAGE ONE STORIES ON PALIN'S TEEN DAUGHTER IN TUESDAY EDITIONS... </a> In virtual attempt to embolden the Mexican drug cartels in their civil war, liberal Obama-craving media <a href="http://www.dailykos.com/sto... by the Daily Kos</a> try to prove without a doubt it’s legal to do anything against children of white families. Because they are Christian and don’t believe in frivolous legal battles so they 'can’t fight back’ against the tide of Hispanic Pride and cartel inspired tactics of the Democratic smear machine. <a href="http://www.redstate.com/dia... Release Sarah Palin's Social Security Number </a>
<a href="http://www.newsmax.com/insi... number of kidnappings for ransom in Mexico is on an alarming rise — and the victims are not always well-to-do businessmen. </a> According to official statistics, about 65 people are kidnapped each month, but the actual tally is probably far higher because many families avoid reporting abductions to the police. One Mexican crime institute recently said that the number is likely more than 500 kidnappings a month. I went to Edwards at the Market place where the midnight premiere was far less crowded than the premiere for Batman Begins.
At the end of the movie Joker should have hit Bats upside the head with a hockey stick then a few more times where he’s on the ground, with Joker screaming “say it, say it!” Meaning he wants to hear Batman say “I don’t wear hockey pads” like he did earlier in the movie. In that way Joker wins by making a point that Bats can’t be prepared for everything. Also hilarious would be the idea that hockey pads would have protected Bats from being laid out by a Sherwood better than super-Kevlar armor. There’s a great deal of substitutionary atonement in this movie which makes it so great. The characters of Bruce Wayne/Batman, Commissioner Gordon, Harvey Dent (and even Two-Face shiny side up) choose out of own their free will to protect each other every chance they get. And their sacrifice keeps the city and their trinity safe at the resolution of every plot twist. Rachael Dawes is presented here as the opposite of Padme in Episode III, where Padme gives everything she has to save Anakin and gets killed anyway. Refusing to save Bruce, Rachael ends up getting killed by Joker. She was unwilling to sacrifice anything so Alfred has to choose to keep silent to protect Bruce. During the interrogation scene Joker nearly deduces Batman’s identity by his reaction to the mention of Rachael. So in the final battle at the end of the movie Joker would have lent a great deal of credit to the audience if he had stated in reference to Bruce’s love, also in context to the trap with the two boats, that “she didn’t put out” and sending Batman into a chivalrous and blind rage. Take that feminism! HAA! Wooooooooooo! AH-HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA The desire for forgiveness – to be white as snow – is an immoral one. Take responsibility! It is not immoral to ask wife, children, or friends to forgive us when we have wronged them. It is the responsible thing to do. Of course, our atheist friends do not judge that they have offended the God Who loves them by doing one of the few things He asked us not to do. Many other humans know when they have deliberately done what they should not do, and failed to do what they should do. Some, even before they knew of the God of Judaism and Christianity, have wished there were forgiveness, so that they could start over again. It is because they take responsibility for themselves that they seek forgiveness. Blessed are they who have no need for forgiveness!
The landmark 5-4 ruling marked the first time in nearly 70 years the country's high court has addressed whether the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution protects an individual right to keep and bear arms, rather than a right tied to service in a state militia.
In the majority opinion, Justice Antonin Scalia said the Second Amendment protected an individual right to possess a firearm unconnected with service in a militia and to use that arm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home. Supreme Court Gun Ban Ruling Expected Tomorrow
The U.S. Supreme Court today did not release its long-awaited ruling on whether the District's handgun ban violates the Second Amendment. That means the potentially landmark decision will almost certainly come tomorrow morning when the court is planning to issue the last of its rulings for the term. The case, District of Columbia v. Heller, which was argued nearly four months ago, could settle the decades-old debate over whether the Second Amendment grants individuals the right to own firearms. Mayor Adrain M. Fenty is planning to hold a news conference at the John A. Wilson Building after the decision is announced. It was not always thus. Why? Well, to begin with, if you read the Gospels, Jesus says He is meek and humble of heart, but He has a sharp tongue: He calls some fellow Jews a “brood of vipers”; in Luke, after teaching the Lord’s Prayer, He remarks almost casually to His own disciples, “If you then, who are wicked. . .”; and He warns often about the possibility of eternal damnation. This excludes people, is judgmental, may not exactly build self-esteem. Benedict has noted tartly that Christian community “must not be conceived as if the avoidance of conflict were the highest pastoral value.” Jesus warns us in several places, “Remove the wooden beam from your eye first; then you will see clearly to remove the splinter in your brother's eye” – very good advice, even in secular terms. We’re quick to criticize others and to give ourselves a pass. But like all virtues, this one becomes a vice beyond its proper scope. We’ve seen a similar phenomenon with regard to Christian failures in this country. Whenever the latest Jimmy Swaggart, Ted Haggard, or priest predator arises, Christians are mocked as hypocrites. It always surprises me that Christians take the abuse instead of simply replying, “That changes nothing. We deplore these sins as much as you do, and we continue to deplore the sins these sinners deplored, unworthy messengers though they were.” |
