The stats are faulty.   This is claiming that one out of every four murders in the US is committed by an "illegal alien" and one in four drunk-driving deaths.  Not happening.  Studies show undocumented immigrants are *MORE* law-abiding than citizens, not less.

Based on 2006 w/ a US pop of 300 Million. Didn't look up stats on background of criminal vs background of victim along race, socio-economic, education, religion etc. Tried to find stats on citizens, documented/undocument but didnt find anything.

How is a illegal alien *MORE* law-abiding when he's ILLEGAL. 100 % OF ALL ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS ARE CRIMINALS.  What is the argument with this?  To say that they are more "law abiding" is not a true fact. 

Undocument people in the US are not consider criminals by the gov, state, county, city. It is illgal to drive over the speed limit, but that does not make a person a criminal.

Those are numbers that only Stephen King can appreciate and they should be in his next movie.

And eight children are molested every day by illegal aliens, why that is almost as many as are molested in religious school in this country, something should be done.

There should be more like King that can rectally extract these stats when they need to inform us of all those evil deeds aliens commit, why before illegal aliens there was no drunk drivers and King can rectally extract these facts too, but those liberals and other alien lovers would never hear it.

The stats come from WorldNetDaily, the right-wing version of the Daily Kos. They're from November 2006.

There is nothing concrete on this. To come up with any type of figure would be, at best, a guesstimate.

Gube, there are "facts."  One "fact" is that studied have shown undocumented aliens tend to commit fewer crimes--real crimes, not overstaying a visa--than do citizens.  They *HAVE* to be more law-abiding.  They *HAVE* to keep a low profile.

The other side of this coin is illegal immigrants are frequent targets of crime, many of which go unreported, because they don't want to be deported in the process.

There are no exact stats on either side, but I'm basing my comments after 36 years of covering crime and seeing it first hand.

Comparing illegal immigrants to American Citizens is not the point. the point is 9,000 death occur in this country each year by people that should not be here. You people that support illegal immigration amaze me. To me there is no justifying illegal immigration. I don't know the exact statistic but one death by an illegal is one to many

There are thousands from Central America who you consider shouldn't be here but are because of America's foreign policy in the region and the support for rightwing death squads.

That's one of the endearing shames of America, displacing people and not giving them sanctuary. We're doing it now with Iraqis who have helped the U.S. and our government has turned its back on them.

Second, if the issue is murder, maybe we need to do something about the conditions of violence, not just ship people out like they are sewage and Mexico is Kern County.

Just curious, why do most of you so vociferously defend illegals?  You seem to go overboard in defending the illegal in this country and condemning anyone who speaks against them.  I have read that the Mexican gov. law enforcement [military included] crossed our border over 250 times in 2006, sometimes in order to assist drug operations, 29% of our federal inmates are illegals.  That gets my attention.  I have been on walk throughs and inspections at prisons in Kern Co. and I know many guards {CO's} and there are more illegals in state prison than you want to believe. !988 there were 5500 illegals in Ca. prisons by 1995 there was 18,000, do the math for the year 2008, my stats are old but so I am  to tired right now to get more recent data.

You know why so many illegal are in our prisons, and that is the plan so own up to it. It is our secret tool that puts these guys away, our public defender corp. That is why we hire them, to lose and or plea bargain these bad aliens away as it should be, of course.

Think of it the way our government that hires these public defender do, putting aliens in prison is good business. Where else can almost cops earn 100 grand and over a year with a High School education? They answer is straight and easy, harvest the alien population for our prisons, what are these aliens going to do, some don’t even speak the lingo of God.

It is a win win situation; it makes us look better than they are, it makes our guys a great living, and at the same times shows the world the superiority of the American people, the way it should be, you could not get this type of worldwide publicity from Madison Avenue at any price.

It is good for the economy, it is good for the safety empire, and it is not so good for the aliens, but than who cares, they are not really people, are they?
