Anyone else's neighbors do this?

Talk really loudly so that everyone within fifty feet of the place can hear them describe how they want to beat the sxxx out of someone and even plan how they might get away without being id (getting someone else do it apparently) then get in their white car, drive down the driveway, park in the middle of the street, car running, lights on, and sit there smoking, then drive back up the driveway, sit there some more in the same way, and then drive back down again, flash the lights, sit a little more, and then drive away down the street for less then five minutes probably to other neighbor down the streets house and come back home. You posted here last year under a different name about all the ghetto dwellers in your neighborhood, the music from Edison Hwy., and all the shots you heard fired at night. I assume things are still the same? And FYI, the map that is posted here is for a Zinnia St. in Colorado, not Bakersfield. You might want to fix that.
