death by stereo it's not just a band name it's my number one christmas wish for my deaf neighbors
This has become a regular occurrence. It happens a lot a night around 10 but sometimes earlier. I keep hoping the stereo falls into the shower. 2 comments from 2 users

After 10 pm you can call BPD for a noise nuisance. I have called on my previous neighbors many times. They don't like those calls and will take their time coming out there but keep calling - squeaky wheel - and they get fed up having to come out for the same people.
