I'm not sure every call was made from the same location

two of her relatives/friends are nearby right now while I post this.

 They communicate to her and her sons on computers and cell phones using webpages and private messages. I know because they sit nearby while I work and I can see the things over their shoulder. Pictures and text. I don't know if that's a certain type of cyberstalking or just regular stalking.

I never gave this person my phone number and have never said it was okay for her to phone me.

Can anyone translate the attached mp3 phone message?

I think this is the woman who keeps sending her relatives to harass me because I keep telling people about their illegal activities which include cock fighting in their backyard, property damage and theft to our yard, lighting off illegal fireworks in their front yard, their sons have participated in gang activities, admitted to it and even bragged about it with others in the neighborhood, shot off weapons in a residential neighborhood where kids are around and endangered of being shot, kill and torture wildlife and have a killed a dog in his own yard in cold blood.

after the first three numbers she hiccups and knowing what else goes on over there every day with drinking and the little kids I'm pretty sure she's three sheets to the wind while making this call. i wish the police would investigate her and her relatives internet activity, emails, myspace, youtube, and ratehispanic for some of the other activities they've been involved in lately. maybe then they could be put away for a long time for that.
