Again how I know all this because I live in my neighborhood. I don’t stick my head in the sand when I step outside. I notice things in my yard and around my yard and they make a lot of noise so I pay attention to what is happening around my home.

here is where neighbor has been pulling out a large black rifle type of gun with a scope of some kind. He sticks it in a long brown box and hides it either in the garage or the car or the back area where the chicken coops are. he's prone to shooting at the owls and stray cats in the area at night and in the afternoon and mornings because he and his mother are afraid of them. he's also been known to threaten to stab his brother in the face for talking about him killing my dog.(I have this recorded along with him bragging at least twice about killing my dog) they're mad because I won't let it go (they’re right except that I’m not doing it to bring my dog back) and they're not afraid of police or anything else that the police might find out. they like to attend cock fighting and dog fights with others living in homes pictured here. this audio is one brother asking where did he put the gun. they were flying kites without the kids using the kites to drop into the yard as their excuse to trepass. it's three brothers, the father, mother, and another mexican female, the sister and son in law with about three to five juveniles.  They're worried about people breaking into their coops not even realizing that half the time it's the people they hang out with who pass by the canal area to talk to them that are probably stealing from them. They sit in the dark back here to babysit the chickens with the big gun hoping to shoot someone. It would be interesting to know how much they know about the cock fighting on Deacon near Sterling and if they had anything to do with a recent shooting in that area. I also know they knew at least one of the recent cock fighters who was caught trying to steal their chickens back from the SPCA.

I wouldn't be surprised if they shoot themselves or someone on public land and then drag the body over to their yard and claim the person was trespassing

Adults try to relive their youth while partying with their kids.

Recently there was a crime reported in the Los Angeles area where suspects broke into a residence stole around 2,000 dollars worth of property and then went on to repeatedly stab the owners pigs. Someone made the comment that it was probably teenagers. I'll be the first to say yeah probably, because as one Kern County Sheriff Officer said it, kids will be kids. Now I don't really believe in the case of the pigs being stabbed that it was teenagers. While they can be violent and out of control the darker and more likely trend is that it was adults who committed this crime.

Boys will be boys. Kids will be kids. What does this mean exactly? That it's okay for kids to misbehave because they're kids? What happened to parental responsibility? 

You go to just about anywhere in town from the East Hills Mall, the Valley Plaza, Edwards theater, or the Rosedale shopping area and you can hear the verbal stream of profanities out of a young persons mouth like it was the air they breath. I was in the Rosedale area and shocked when I turned around to hear it coming from a 14 or 15 year old girl who seemed like she came from a nice neighborhood. I ask again what happened to parental responsibility?

A recent opinion writer said that "Children raised without discipline grow up without learning respect and responsibilities."  Observing my own neighborhood I've learned that a lot of the time the parents are just as responsible for the crimes their kids are committing. If they're not neglecting them, which is what most people seem to think is happening, they're actually out there encouraging them. You wonder why kids are involved in gangs look at their parents and it's likely they too are part of older version of that same gang. They will put their hands on a stack of bibles and lie to your face that their kids are NOT gang members. It's the way they themselves grew up to act and just part of their life so they see nothing wrong with the way their kids behave. I've known parents who will send their kid to commit a crime and tell them not to worry if they should get caught they won't get in as much trouble because they're just kids. Raising a kid to believe he can do whatever he can get away with. 

I look at the recent articles concerning parties that are happening in unoccupied houses and in everyone they mention how it was teenagers throwing these parties and partying at these places. Look closely at the article though and you see that not only were the people who were arrested well over the age of 18 but that those people injured during the party were adults or at least what passes for adults, being that they were simply over the age of 18.

Where were the teens exactly? Did they run before or after the cops came? What happened to curfew? How come none of these underage teens and their parents were cited? If teens were involved and I'm not saying they weren't there partying too, I'm sure some older brother, sister, aunt, uncle or some adult was nearby. Why weren't these people taken in for aiding and abetting the delinquency of a minor?

I know our brave police are out there fighting the gang members, busy and over worked, but when do kids stop being kids and the real adults come out and take responsibility? I realize the police couldn't possibly have arrested all these people and it was probably simply easier to break up the party and let them go on their way then dealing with the hassle, but like one neighbor recently suggested to me, why don't these people learn to act their age?

The guy who threatened me in the attached mp3 by telling me "his daughter would get with me" was way over the limit of teenager yet he was still trying to act like one while out in the streets. Yes this audio comes from another post and it's a much longer mp3, but I cut it for this one part. The origin of the mp3 is from a aiv file video that came out very dark and larger then would fit, but the audio was crystal clear so I extracted it.

 10 pm one neighbor finally shuts off the loud mexican racket he calls music and now another person shows up in a car to park in front of our neighbors house and play loud music from there. I shined the flash light out front to see where the noise was coming from and out pops neighbors son/son in law/whatever. He's a drug dealer, gang type, can't drive the green truck he has hidden behind the house because either the tags are expired or he has a suspended license or some other kind offense where they're looking for him and that green truck, either way it doesn't have license plates on it, just red superior used car plates. He asks me why I'm doing that I tell him he has the music too loud and he says something and I tell him I'm going to call the cops so he says go ahead. Big words from someone who is probably hiding from them. Instead of running inside to do that I grab the handy camera and record the following audio clip. Why? Typically when this guy does this from the white car inherited from grandpa he quickly shuts down the loud music and twiddles his thumbs while the police drive by. I wanted to get the loud music in some kind of format, not just to prove how loud it was, but to make sure they couldn't deny it. Of course on tape they do. He runs inside and calls his mommy. The loud music wasn't coming from somewhere else like she would have loved for me to believe and they had no right to privacy in their front yard, my front yard, or in the public street where all this was done from. I refer you to the photographers right.pdf file I'm attaching to this blog. Criminal activities are photographable. I am perfectly within my bounds to photograph, drug dealing that is going on in the street, from outside my house and from inside my house, and outside on my property or from a public area where there is no expectation of privacy. In the past neighbors have used photographs and video to catch the stream of cars to one house to get the police to sit up and take notice when there is drug house set up in their neighborhood. With this guy it really wouldn't be the first time he was caught at doing something illegal. Parolees are not allowed to associate with gang members right? It's not like I'm stalking them or going out of my way to find them. It's like the people who graffiti, cockfight, trespass, light off illegal fireworks, and commit other property damage in public and then cry because they got caught committing a crime. They're doing it right in public view only most neighbors are pretending to look the other way.  I also don't shove my music down their throat for hours at a time from a parked car in the front yard. They're doing this right next to our house sometimes even right out front. I also refer you to another instance when a friend came over to visit these people and left the car empty but the music turned up. I wonder how much more mommy actually knows about the drugs and if she'll be arrested for allowing it to go on at her home.

PS my favorite part is when I'm told to act my age from this women whose standing beside a guy who pees outside in the front yard. if ever so unfortunate to meet these people you'll understand why my dog was killed. And if anything should happen to me or our home the police will know where to look. I'm not giving up on my neighborhood just because of a handful of thugs.

The mexican female, not seen in the movie but if you listen you can hear near the end, is the one who had them wait outside while she went in and then came back out. Her car is the red one you partially see at the end of the video. The video is them saying goodbye to me while I watched. Partial plate 978. The passenger, a white male, had a tattoo of a spider web on his right elbow. The white female was typical. 

Not captured on video :she said she liked being on the front page, a super model. Well it's not the front page but it's one step closer.
