 Tonight this man and a female relative tried to steal my dog at about 9/930pm. What for I don't know. My last dog was brutally killed in our yard and two of my cats went missing and are probably dead. I know he had something to do with it because he talked about it along with the people in the backyard who cock fight the chickens and were involved with killing my other dog. I find it funny that they have a relative working for the SPCA and they're doing this.

 Visit from 625 after ManualM kept telling his phone call that he couldn't because his mommy was here. After telling his dealer that he owned 60 he finally agreed to let him come over and meet him in the white trailer in back so he could buy his drugs. Overhearing me getting the narcotics division phone number letting them know I had license plate numbers to go with the drug traffic in the area that has recently gone up I also told them I was aware that he was discussing a possible burglary that had either occurred or that he was hoping to commit. He had access to a key and credit cards and all shorts of electronic equipment. His mommy then came over to complain after he stepped out of the trailer with druggie. She denied him threatening me even though she stood right next to him and you can hear the whole thing in the blog files all ready available and he denied calling me on the phone to try and harass me again all ready available here. (The daughter I mention in the previous blog file about loud music wasn't his daughter that I was referring to but HER daughter. After being told that they couldn't trespass here by their friend the daughter very loudly proclaimed that she could do whatever the F she wanted. Again another something I have on tape.)He denied having a daughter in front of two lame witnesses. It must have been his twin that said that "his daughter would get with me." Doesn't matter to me whether he has a daughter or not, the threat is still there on tape. She admitted surprisingly to her grand kids jumping our fence to steal and that I did catch that on tape. She didn't understand the idea that I might not like her grandkids coming into my yard and thought it might be because my fruit was made of gold. No I just don't like trespassers.  She was also upset that I actually took photos of her grandkids doing this. Wonder why I take the pictures. That's why to catch trespassers and thieves. There is more audio available but I have to take the time to make it into mp3 files or quicktime. I also take down license plate numbers for the drug dealing traffic that is going on in the area.  It's my neighborhood. I'm allowed to sit in my yard and listen and watch just like they're allowed to sit outside and and brag about what they're going to do or how they all ready did it. 

Yes I stand in my yard and I look around my yard. I notice weird cars in the area. I check on my dog and I watch my plants because neighbors like to cut stuff not in their yard and even take stuff.  I did not stare at them or take a picture but I did stand out there with my dog and record myself while I was out there. Not their yard or them but myself while I was out there. I like sitting and talking to my animals. If the neighbors find it uncomfortable well I find it weird that they decide to sell drugs from out of their home and shoot off weapons and cock fight chickens and find it hilarious that they kill animals. 

As for her 2 witnesses who saw me taking pictures before this. So what. Please call the police that I took photos. I'm well within my rights to photograph criminal activity that is happening in my neighborhood. 

Oh yeah and she did tell me to get a life and a boyfriend. I think it's because I went online and talked to people and they knew all about that. 

Will me getting a boyfriend fix everything for them?  Really?

That worked out real well for her and her husband.

I refer them to my entry about learning to leave messages and I leave some stuff that I forgot to mention.

not all at once or together, through any kind of distortion device and not in a crowded room where lots of people are talking. 

Keep your message short if possible (and usually it is possible if all you want is someone to call you back)

if you want your call to remain private don't have it in a public place and don't do it in front of a security camera

 I don't care what kind of weapon if you're firing it at an animal or in the air it should just immediately come back and hit the person holding it in the head and put us out of their misery. First there was the idiots 3604 with the large black rifle that they are using on the cats or owls in the area, possibly a tranquilizer type gun which they hide in the cars, the garage, in the house, and in the backyard chicken coops. They use it at night and during the day firing it in the backyard or canal area behind the house and next door. Then it was the kids at 607 in the backyard, again no parents around just the adults who let them party and drink in their house next door (talk about a need for the cool parents ordinance there). Now it's 625 firing one off and this is the second time they've been out there doing this in the yard near other people's homes and at animals. The police have said if they catch them they'd be more than happy to shoot who is ever holding the weapon if they perceive it as a threat. I just hope the result is a donation car wash.

 2 days in a row now we've had the strange smell at about the same time of evening. Neighbors in their little white trailer probably outside cooking crack or meth or whatever it is they cook back there. 

Two days in a row we've had unwanted telephone calls.

Let's go over telephone rules.

Answering Machine : We are not available to take your call please leave a message at the beep. BEEP. (when it says that. believe it's really a machine that will carry your message. we're not trying to trick you. i know knew fangled technological whatchamacallit's are hard to understand. just trust us)

hello. (notice it's one hello not several hellos. you don't need to say hello to all of us. one blanket hello will do.) my name is insert your name here. (if you feel more comfortable using an alias go ahead) I am calling because insert plausible reason you would be making a call to a stranger you don't know who probably doesn't want to talk to you otherwise well you wouldn't be making this call. My number is insert real number if you expect call back. (if you're someone we don't know and someone we don't like and have no expectation of your call  don't expect a call back) Please give me a call when it's convenient for you. Thanks.

you don't sit there and breathe on the phone for half an hour till tape runs out.

if we wanted an obscene call we'd make it ourselves to one of those 900 numbers or someone we know real well. we don't need strangers willing to give it to us for free. that's just gross.

 Here is another call. 

9 pm. This one seems a bit more direct and a little less likely that it's a "wrong number."

I'm beginning to wonder if they know they're talking to a machine.

I reserve all rights to the messages that are recorded on my private answering machine. Meaning I can and will use them as documentation without the permission of the person because they are willingly leaving a message on recordable device while calling my home.

I am not calling them or recording a private conversation without anyone's permission. These are all calls made to my private residence and picked up by an answering machine that announces itself as a recordable device when it says leave your message at the beep. 

 We've had our phone number for years. Only a select few friends and family members have our home number and it is not published or public because we have paid to keep it so. Today there were two unusual calls. The first one at 3pm I probably would have dismissed as a relative not wishing to leave a message or telemarketer or something. Then the 7pm call happened and I didn't recognize the voice as someone we know. Again nothing that I would find unusual under the circumstances it's just a woman saying hello so maybe it's just a wrong number. But I recorded the call off the answering machine and listened to the background as I'm prone to doing with unwanted calls (it's how I knew my neighbors daughters were calling me and had become friends with a now ex friend of mine) and I heard something that I thought was unusual and strange and maybe I'm wrong and it's just simply static and background noise, but I think I recognize the voice and it sounds like he's saying "don't call her." I leave it here as documentation and nothing more. 

Shortly before this I got to over hear another phone call where a woman was telling what sounded like her kids that they didn't need to do what she did. They didn't need to copy her and how they didn't respect the house and she was going to beat the hell out of them. I was just sitting outside and this was going on outside loudly and publicly. I post about it along with these other calls because I thought maybe it was why I got phoned.
