Hello Bakersfield and all Kern County!

In watching the news the other day, our family felt a need to help other families that are finding themselves without a home and bare necessities. 

The Bakersfield Homeless Shelter is in need of gently used or new: blankets, pillows, jackets and sweaters or other items to help keep those in need comfortable and warm this Winter.

We want to help, and help you help, by offering to pick-up your thoughtful donations and dropping them off at the shelter.

We will be running this drive until next Friday.  That is when we plan to deliver Kern County's generosities to those is need!

It is okay and understandable if you have the desire to help but not the means.  However, even if you do not have a physical donation you can make, you do have a voice!  Ask your friends, family, co-workers and neighbors! We will pick-up any donations!  And you making that effort is just as important!
