Bakersfield can't get a Macy's but Visalia can? October 09 November 09

They are about to open a 2nd Macy's in Fresno and a Macy's in Visalia. Can you believe that? I was scanning the Fresno Bee online and saw the article. It made me wonder, how come Bakersfield can't get a "real" Macy's? Do they think we are poor ole country hicks, I think so.
