Some of the tee shirts availabel at Cafe Press are really creative, whether you agree with the message or not.  IMHO anyway.

Well, at least according to this!  Apparently it is a popular tourist site.

According to this source, you can obtain your FBI file.  Are you curious?

Before you chow down on the Valentine goodies, visit world obesity. No wonder we have global warming, the planet is tilting under the weight!

With the advice of security folks, I use annualcreditreport. com to check my credit report every four months...for free naturally.

Transunion on January 1

Experian on May 1

Equifax on September 1

Why post about this?  Well, I just received notice from BNY Mellon Shareowner Services that "computer tapes containing some of your personal information were lost while being transported to an off-site storage facility by our archive services vendor."  Thank you very much Mellon!!  You try to cover all your bases against identity theft and something unplanned pops up!

Mellon has offered 24 months of free TripleAlert services, but I do not see where that is any different than annualcreditreport.com.  I will sign up, hey, it s free!

Be safe out there!!!!!!

Indiana began printing license plates with "in God We Trust" and the U.S. flag on them over a year ago.  The plates were really popular.  Now the law suits begin. Consider that Florida's legislature is debating adding christian-themed license plates to their inventory and the legal profession is licking their chops.

Can Bakersfield's IGWT motto be far behind?

Update April 23rd.  Spoke with the Temple Manager yesterday.  He has not finalized the paperwork and sent it to the State yet to complete the rental.  Apparently I mislead with the original post.  It is not a "trial" but a HEARING by the Real Estate Board.

................................................. ................................

Previous info from April 17th post

Word is the trial for Bakersfield's notorious real estate guys will begin July 28th at the Bakersfield Masonic Temple on 18th Street.  There is plenty of room in the dinning hall, but parking may not be plentiful.

I was just reading the Mountain Enterprise article by Edward Humes concerning the Centennial project to develop the city of up to 70,000 on the Tejon Ranch land.  Yes, the article is from June of 2007, but I have not followed the situation.  Can anyone direct me to current status, thanks.

PS:  the photo is not Tejon Ranch, just my back yard.
