A newsclip regarding the death of a dear 5 month old in Ridgecrest at the hands of the mother's "boyfriend" brought to mind what tom cats will do...eat the young they didn't father. Why, oh why, do single mothers trust their precious children to the care of their "boyfriends"? What a tragedy. 1 comments from 1 users

Why, oh why, do single mothers trust their precious children to the care of their "boyfriends"? You got me there. Where are the motherly instincts on the female's part and the human decency on the male's part? If I had a child, I would not entrust his/her precious life to anyone but those I know well enough to not murder a damn baby (unfortunately this does not include the world's population, no matter how much I wish it did). Likewise if I was dating a mother, I would treat her children like gold. It kills me, it really does.
