I'm scratching my noggin. Why is NOR Parks and Rec considering spending $15 million on a water park? If it's such a great investment, you would think someone in the private sector would be scrambling to build one. Furthermore, where is the money coming from? Where is the water coming from? The City has recently destroyed some pools and replaced them with sprinklers. (Yuck) I'm getting off track. My noggin is still scratchy. Guess I should pack my Head and Shoulders and head for the closest water park. Let me know what you think. |
