a pre-school or jr. high.  Last night, I couldn't believe a few things.  I've backed away from here because 1) I've been busy and 2) some of you act like 4 yr olds.

I'm not going into naming names and if they come out so be it.  Hitting the report button , violate button, I could give a flying rats ass about that button.  Two or three people are soooo quick to jump on someones blog and threatened with the button, only to comment that they've reported someone.  Why do you feel you guys are the moderators here? Isn't that Jasons job? I call you people kiss asses in reality.  Matter of fact, I will have mistle toe in my back pocket at Christmas time, go figure it out.

I felt a certain someone was taunting another last night.  Only to show up on another post where she had posted something.  You considered her a stalker, however, I felt you followed her.  How pathetic your lives must be.

And another thing, maybe I'm acting like a 4 yr old here, but this has been way out of line.  All people want to do is fuss and fight here. You know what? GO do something constructive, take your hate and anger and apply it to something positive.

Most of you aren't wanting happy blogs.  I understand war and politics are going on but sometimes we need to take a break and smile and laugh.  I know this is true. I've recently posted 2 happy/cheerful blogs and only received a few comments.  Because I wasn't slamming the left or right, gays or heterosexuals, Christians or atheists, I figured that's why most didn't comment.

Have at it and go ahead and have at it on my blog. I don't care.  Enjoy your day and go to the Veterans Parade if you can, I'm stuck working.

10 RULES FOR THANKSGIVING DINNER AT MY HOUSE

1.  Don't get in line asking questions about the food.  'Who made  the potato salad?  Is it egg in there?  Are the greens fresh?  Is the meat in the greens turkey or pork?  Who made the macaroni and cheese?  What kind  of pie is that; who made it?  Ask one more question and I will punch you in your mouth, knocking out all your fronts so you won't be able to eat anything.

2. If you can't walk, or are missing any limbs, sit your ass down until someone makes your plate for you.  Dinner time is not the time for you to be independent.  Nibble on them damn peanuts and walnuts to hold you  over until someone makes you a plate.

3.  If you have kids under the age of twelve, I will escort their little asses down to the basement and bring their food down to them.  They are not going to tear up my damn house this year.  Tell them that they are not allowed upstairs until it's time for Uncle Butchie to start telling family stories about their mommas and papas.  If they come upstairs for any reason except that they are bleeding to death, I will break a foot off in their asses.

4.  There is going to be one prayer for Thanksgiving dinner!  JUST ONE!  We do not care that you are thankful that your thirteen year old daughter gave birth to a healthy baby or your nephew just got out of jail. Save the talk for someone that gives a damn.  The time limit for the prayer is one  minute. If you are still talking after that one minute is up, you will feel something hard come across your lips and they will be swollen for approximately 20 minutes.

5.  Finish everything on your plate before you go for seconds!  If you don't, you will be cursed out and asked to stay your greedy ass home next year.

6.  BRING YOUR OWN TUPPERWARE!!  Don't let me catch you fixing yourself a plate in my good tupperware knowing damn well that I will never see it again!  Furthermore, if you didn't bring anything over, don't let me catch you making a plate period or it will be a unfortunate "misunderstanding."

7.  What you came with is what you should leave with!  Do not leave my house with anything that doesn't belong to you.  EVERYBODY WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A BODY SEARCH COMING AND GOING OUT OF MY DOMAIN!!!

8.  Do not leave your kids so you can go hopping from house to house.  This is not a DAYCARE CENTER .  There will be a kid parent roll call every ten minutes.  Any parent that is not present at the time of roll call,  your child will be put outside until you come and get him or her.  After 24 hours, I will call CPS on you ignorant ass!!

9.  BOOK YOUR HOTEL ROOM BEFORE YOU COME INTO TOWN!!  There will be no sleeping over at my house!  You are to come and eat your dinner then take your ass home or to your hotel room.  EVERYBODY GETS KICKED OUT AT 11:00 pm.  You will get a 15 minute warning bell ring.

10. Last but not least; ONE "TAKE HOME" PLATE PER PERSON!!  This is not a soup  kitchen. I am not trying to feed your family until Christmas dinner.  You will be supervised when you fix your plate.  Anything over the appropriate amount will  be charged to you before you leave.  There will be a cash register at the door.  Thanks to Cousin Alfred and his greedy ass family, we now have a credit card machine.  So Visa and Mastercard are now being accepted.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation!!

Well, I've been reading the blogs around here and haven't been doing much posting.  I'm going on maternity leave and have split my job between the other 3 employees, so I've been training, training, training.  I hope to be on here more once I'm home.

Just an update on my pregnancy>I'm doing good, I'm 30 weeks and we did find out it's ANOTHER girl! I am extremely happy about it.  We have had other big changes at home as well and we are dealing quite well with everything.

Just wanted to spread some happy news as we don't get it much on these boards.

BTW>>>the profile picture of mine is "Jenna Claire".  Claire is after my late grandma.

Instead of a blog being blocked, why haven't the 2 trolls been deleted or kicked off here. I know this isn't BNT's fault.  But both of their last 2 blogs were hijacked by the same two bright and brilliant contributors of our society.

Other people have been suspended for less than half the non-sense these trolls post!!

Can we vote on this? (or is that racist?) LOL!

Just curious if anyone knows of a support group for step-parents?  I know it sounds crazy but until you've walked in a step parents shoes, you'll never know.

Thank you!!..

So, I feel like Bargain Betty today, lol J/K!!  Anyhow, I did come across this in the classifieds while I was in route to the yard sales section.  I thought this was a strange ad, but hey, to each his own.  I think it's absolutely adorable.

So, what do you plan to do this week when the weather continues to stay in the triple digits?  Anything different or special?  What type of foods do you prefer when it's sickening hot outside?

I know there was a post like this recently, but I couldn't remember when and thought it was fun reading peoples responses.

This May is a very busy month for my family.  My daughters turn 8 and 11 this month. My step-son turns 12, my sister in law and my niece as well. I know we all have one or 2 months that the birthdays never end.

This May 19th is exceptionally wonderful as my oldest daughter is graduating from high school. The journey has been long and hard but we made it.  The short version of this story is, I had my daughter when I just turned 15. Some of you may be a bit familiar with this story. Anyhow, I continued with school and graduated.  My parents were a main contributor to seeing that through.

This last January 2009, I started a weight loss program and participated in a "Biggest Loser" contest and lost 39 pounds in 3 months and won the $300.00 grand prize pot.  How exciting this was for me.  I am very competitive, so I found my weight loss journey to be fairly easy.

So, with 40 pounds gone and about 35-40 more to go, I found out on Friday I am expecting a little one in December.  I cried in shock all day on Friday.  My parents and kids are excited.  My husband of 3 years is more excited than everyone.  With one child leaving the nest, we will prepare for another one to enter.

So while I haven't been on here much lately or even posted a blog in awhile, I thought I'd share with you all in our busy, exciting lives.

I seen this on the home page and thought I'd bring this to the blog board............

Q: Are there any plans to fill the other Riverwalk lakes on the corner of Stockdale and Jewetta? The park seems incomplete without them.-Mike Mooers

A: Yes, sort of.

Those aren’t lakes. They’re recharge basins. When there's water in the river, such as in 2006, the 5 acres can be covered by 6 to 7 feet of water, which will then soak through the sandy bottom into the aquifer below.

Please b.com readers, let's hear what you have to say.
