When my daughter was born, she was given a $50 US savings bond as a gift.  A couple years later, we took her to Disneyland, and I bought a couple Disney Dollars as souvenirs.

On a lark, I went on the 'net last night and looked up the value of both the bond and the Disney Dollar (which is also considered a collector's item).

Findings: The Bond is today valued at $35; the Disney Dollar is valued at $75.

Therefore: Disney Dollars are a much better investment than US dollars.

Conclusion: Forget Dollars, Euros, and Yen... I'm getting my broker's license and dealing Disney Dollars!
