Beautiful photo, but it doesn't quite capture the profound brilliance of that rainbow! I saw it headed east on Rt 58 just after 5:00 pm. It stretched from northeast Bakersfield to Arvin, and was a perfect arc. As I drove along, the rainbow developed into two, the second not quite as brilliant, but still dazzling.
