I thought the State Congress was on a recess, but I just read the following, and I really like the idea, if it becomes law, the result of the vote will carry about the same weight in the 'decider's' mind, as will what Congress' does about re-authorizing (another Billion dollars, give or take a few Million dollars) to continue funding the civil war in Iraq in September, but it will feel good to say to the rest of the world (or at least that tiny part of it's population who pays any...
