anything
If you could do ANYthing and money or time were no issue, what would you do and why?
I don't know why, but for some reason, if money and time were no issue, I would love to sit in a coffee shop all day to dream, think, process, organize, and be creative. Just sit and dream. 18 comments from 12 users

Write. I'd finish the book I started a long time ago, and then I'd write another. Oh, yeah, and I'd do it in Scotland. I've always wished I could move there. posted by

I'd love to, but we need the cash. And because of the gas prices and the fact that we live in Tehachapi, my hubby and I have to carpool. That would be fine, but I get off work @ 530 and hubby works 'til 830 or 900. I write when I get the chance, but anything lengthy is difficult because of the time factor. Someday.... posted by

Live in a hot, dry area, golf everyday if I want to, lay by the pool and sip a cold beer(s) during the afternoon, and watch the most amateurish local TV evening news known to man. Oh wait, I already do all those things... posted by

There's a lot of that. Robert A. Heinlein (sci-fi writer) invented the waterbed, spacesuit, and a number of other million-dollar concepts but got pennies a word. posted by

Ahhh, the good life. I would retire to Bass Lake, live in a mansion, have my own boat and dock, and drink beer on the dock in the late afternoons. I would then go up to my mansion, have the cook prepare a dinner of my choice, and invite friends over for company each evening. posted by

P.S. - Gube, Hart Park was the place to be on Sundays in the 70's/80's. Had a lot of fun cruising and drinking beer out there! posted by

I'd open a sanctuary for older or ill pets who had no where else to go and spend all of my free time working to address the issues we have with companion animals in the area, both wanted and unwanted. My DH doesn't play the lottery because he knows if we won, that's where the money would go and he's not down for the idea of being a millionaire pooper-scooper :o)
