Keep an eye on your wallet and those "Save Our River" signs. After all, Cox is a well known petty thief who when caught stealing, laughs it all off as "just a radio stunt". He got away with it because DA Ed Jagels is so corrupt. Jagels boldly stated, "you can't prosecute political sign theft, because they have no market value". A totally false statement, as dozens of people have been successfully prosecuted across the country for the same crime. Just shows how the media and the political powers are in bed together in this town. Your family photos "have no market value" either, but I bet if I stole them out of your car, you'd consider that a crime, wouldn't you? Unbelievable the corruption in this viper pit. posted by

Already signed the petition. One of the things I loved the most when I moved to Bakersfield was the river. And then, it was dry.
