Greetings,

Life continues to be busy. Disaster services continues to be an important part of what we do. We were on call to the White Fire in case the shelters became necessary our Canteen feeding vehicle was ready and a staff prepared to roll 24/7.

I know people think of us at Christmas..yet... we are touching lives year 'round. Our Social Services provide over 700 families a month with emergency food. In addition, we interview almost as many families in need of emergency utility assistance to keep their power on. Seniors are always thankful for the Sally's Place senior program. We provide a warm meal, fun programs and a bag of groceries  each time they come.

As we face the summer, we will send a large group of  low income and at risk kids and teens to The Salvation Army's Camp Redwood Glen in Scotts Valley, CA. Each kid will be exposed to amazing green mountains, giant redwoods, an Olympic pool, great programs and so much more.

Each season provides chances to change lives. We welcome you to volunteer and become a life changer. Together, we can make a big difference in our community ... one life at a time. For more information just call us at 836-8487.
