Well what do you know. I guess it wasn't the bad hammy or the mysterious knee injury that was going to knock manny out of the lineup. Looks like he was taking the wrong drugs. hmmm hmmm hmmm. What a putz.. John Murthas (D) nephew recieves millions of dollars from the DOD. And all of the money is from sole source contracts. So much for bidding things out. It would be nice to know exactly what this cat does.. Robert Murtha Jr. explained that the work involves Murtech employees moving equipment to Army test locations. You mean the Army can't move their equipment around? Robert Murtha said he is not at liberty to discuss in detail what his company does, but for four years it has subsisted on defense contracts, according to records and interviews. He said Murtech's 17 employees "provide necessary logistical support" to Pentagon testing programs that focus on detecting chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threats, "and that's about as far as I feel comfortable going." Giving more details could provide important clues to terrorist plotters, he said. Ya, got to keep that work secret. If the "terrorist" know that Murthas nephew runs a glorified courier service for the Army, we would be doomed. Meanwhile, the teleprompter is unclassifiing all kinds of previously classified material on how we interrogate prisoners. Ya, that no threat to national security. But by gosh, we can't let the people know what John Murthas nephew is doing, nor can we release pictures of the teleprompters corporate jet... Change we can believe in. Money well spent. New era of transparency. Take your pick of catchy phrases from the quiver of the teleprompter. Seems he has no problem releasing classified photos of "torture", but refuses to release photos of his corporate jet (Air Force One - second string) that we bought. And we paid for the photo op, under the guise of "publicity photos". How the hell are you going to publicize your private jet if you don't release the pictures? This guy is an absolute fraud... Kind of a comical statement by Patterson, defending his decision to fire a white photographer and replace him with a black photog...Said he was too blind to fire him because of his color... We seem to be going backwards in race relations... |
