Reader: Mr. Howard's letter to the editor seems, if true, to be quite the potential bombshell. From my readings, dramatic rises in atmospheric CO2 concentrations appear to be the single metric showing significant deviation from the recent historical record, and would appear to be the strongest evidence of human contributions to hypothetical global warming....
