Had heard this one before. . The other night I answered a telemarketer's call and after agreeing that I was having a good day, I let him begin the spiel before screaming "Oh, my God, what are you doing? Put the knife down! PUT THE KNIFE DOWN!!!!!" and then dropping the phone on the floor. I then carefully hung up on the fellow. Hope I made his day; I certainly scared the bodily fluids out of Spouse #2, whom I neglected to warn beforehand... posted by

random that is a good one i will have to try that i tell them that my parnets are not home, they hang up fast, of course i am not lying my parnets live in arizona

That guy has it down like a lounge act! Random, you must trust the undeniable human urge not to get involved, otherwise you might have to hold back bodily fluids when one of Bakersfield's finest comes knockin' on your door. LOL But you certainly gave me a good idea! posted by
