Apparently the snake was de-fanged and it's mouth was tied shut..reminds me of the day the pizza guy pulled into my driveway,I was weeding,back to him,but turned to look having caught motion out of the corner of my eye.He got out laughing "Have you lived in my old country? We do that also~tigers you know".In a land with cobras perhaps this is good sense..but not with my kid!
