I had a post written...
...but then I accidentally deleted it. This is the second time I've done this while trying to write this post. I'm not an idiot, I swear! The problem is keyboard shortcuts. They don't work here. ARgh!! I'm sooooo annoyed! But I promise, I'll try again. I'm just going to start writing everything in Word and pasting. This post about how much I despise Union Avenue will happen.

xxoo,
Maggie Anderson

That's what I do for long posts or comments, MS Word, copy and paste. It really is the best way to go.

The problem I've found using word is that the paragraphs don't always break when I  copy and paste.  I'm not a student of word processing programs as all I want to do is just write with them.  I don't try clever stuff and am no good at setting up "stuff."  It's a tool...nothing more.  My grandson is whiz with computer programs while I just plod.  I've spent a lifetime learning and have had enuff..LOL.

My concession to all this is to sometimes copy and paste the text into my email program since I don't have to open it.  It does spell check for me then I can correct the text on the blog.

I don't know if that made sense or not....I'm way too sleepy to be speaking coherently.  Nite everyone.  Nite Mary Ellen...Nite Jim Bob...nite John boy.

I love the bump-bump-bump of Union Ave.  It means I'm almost home.  Of course, the skanky motels just go to show that's life isn't always what you want it to be.
