timec, why would you ask Kern County if this was wrong? If something is wrong, it can be wrong anywhere.

Now, why is this a crooked cop? Do you know that for sure? You can see that the kid was trying to pull away from the cop when he pushed him against the wall. Does that make the cop crooked? Maybe he lost his temper. Maybe he overreacted. Maybe he didn't mean to slam him into the wall so hard. No matter what it was, it appears the department he works for is dealing with it.

And what does the color of the arrestee have to do with this? Would it matter less if the kid was white, brown, or any other color?

As usual, YOU want to make it a racial issue.

Here's a white cop getting beaten by a black guy...

JBS, that is different. As I'm sure timec will point out, the black punk was just releasing all the pent up frustrations that he has kept inside all his life. Being put in jail, having no job, having no father figure in the home, blah blah blah....

The young punks who murdered the elderly hispanic man the other day was a sad incident,  was that a racial hate crime timetec....HMMMMMMMM

How was the cop supposed to restore order to that situation? It's a "damned if you do damned if you don't "situation.

JF, what the cop should have done, if he could have gotten to his gun, was shoot that idiot. And if it had been a black officer, and a white suspect, the same thing should have happened.

not as many white kids get beat by police, because, for the most part, white people are taught to RESPECT AUTHORITY

Holy cow.... Are you serious, he in custody, he is be escorted by the officer until he starts resisting. He is lucky he didn't get worse than that, see this the problem with society we ask people to protect us and when they must use great force to detain someone then we say " That's racist, or brutality or only because he was black" that's BS.... Next time anyone of any color or race is threatening you, make sure you tell the dispatcher that when the officer arrives to not hurt the person who is causing trouble, tell them to take it easy on the individual... Maybe just talk to them and ask them to stop. Tell the dispatcher if they do resist just let them go and don't take their weapon because they paid for it and they should be able to keep it!

Yeah that will work!

TIMEC, why did you post this and not respond to the comments? Are you embarrassed because you made a fool of yourself? So typical.

I don't understand some people.....Why would you resist or start wiggling, moving, whatever of some sort when you are in handcuffs....you are just asking for trouble no matter what color you are.

Then why did you delete your comments here? I still say you were embarrassed for being ignorant.
