Previously, the website for the Family Research Council’s Values Voters Summit 2009 featured a picture of South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford, advertising that he was a potential speaker. But Pam Spaulding points out that following Sanford’s announcement of an affair, his picture was quickly removed from the website.

For some mind-boggling reason, The State has sat on those e-mails for the past six months, but now they say they will release them tomorrow. Today, they released a sample e-mail, sent on July 10, 2008 at 12:24 a.m., and oh what an e-mail it is. It's got everything.

I agree with something someone (Random?) said earlier.  This was such a blatant disregard of duty that it must have been intentional.  Maybe he wanted out of office but couldn't find the exit door on his own.

Yeah Cat his real crime was reading Bodice Rippers at his desk while he was pretending to govern.   It got him all stirred up and wanting to experience the real thing.  But why Argentina?
