If Corporations don’t pay taxes, the customer do..

Then Corporations don’t pay wages. The customer does .

Corporations don’t build refineries. Customers do..

Corporations don’t provide jobs. The customers do..

This idea that Corporations don’t pay taxes. Is a red herring. A nonsensical argument.. Much like spinning a wheel. That has each spot marked, with the same prize. The wheel turns. But noting changes. A dog chasing it’s own tail.

Yes, The customer is the driving force behind the corporation. Leave capitalism and the law of supply and demand to determine pricing.

Leave governing and taxes to the government. Repeal the republican tax treasures, left to the Petroleum industry.

Make the petroleum industry pay their fair share of the tax burden.

Hopefully this new 110th Congress will make good. The evil tax breaks offered up by a lobbyist owned 109th Congress.

Shrider,

Why are you wasting ink. Promoting the slop you call editorializing.. Call it what it is. “Propaganda“.

Zack Schrivner sent Cards also...

As long as the practice is legal. It makes no difference where the money came from. It is a waste of money..

The whole idea of sending mass Christmas mailings is absurd and in fact insulting to many.  Keep religion out of government..

Why not get on board with the majority of all of Kern County. Yes, I did say the majority of Republicans, Democrats and others. And speak out against this total waste of money.

Why not insist, that if the money must be spent. Spend it on fixing roads, planting trees or heaven forbid, reducing taxes..

Zack Schrivner sent Cards also...

Post traumatic stress syndrome.

Government leaders are investigating a recent rapid increase, in the reporting of cases of PTSD, among members of the covert private finance investigation team..

Preliminary findings reflect a direct link between the current rise. And investigations of TK’s checking account..

TK, “On Warfare, Troop Strength, and Armaments”

Well, it’s as good a plan as any I have heard.

'PAUL LINFESTY' asked,

How do you insert ‘You Tube” video.

TK says:

When you create a new blog. There is a entry for ‘You Tube’, Video Links. Just below the area for the body of your blog. And above the area where you click to post.

I don’t think it is possible to insert them into comments. Unless those who run the site, give us the correct code.

I have tried . And couldn't.  I'll keep trying.  Maybe I'll get lucky.

Peace will come.

The fighting will only have begun when American Troops leave Iraq. The only question is how many of our troopers will die before we leave. And the name of the last American trooper that will die.

Peace will come. Whether it be at the hands of a dictator or a president.

Peace will come, whether it is through a fascist state or a democracy.

Iraqi’s will have to fight, for what they deserve.

There will be peace in Iraq.

But do they really want freedom?

That is a question that should not be asked of our American Troops.

Bring them home now.

But let it be known to the region, to the world, we have not disappeared. Let it be known we will strike back at anyone who would harm America. Let it be known we can be anywhere anytime…

Most importantly, let it be know that assassination of those who would raise people to bring harm on America.

Is in the plan.

The trigger is cocked.

We are ready..

That's when, 'Peace Will Come.'

Employers beware..

If the product that you produce. Can not bare the cost of a minimum wage.

Then the product your company produces. Is of minimal, if any importance..

Shrider needs to read the history of the minimum wage..

original proposals for the FLSA provided for a commission that would set the minimum wage after a public hearing and consideration of cost-of-living”

From:

http://www.wisconsinsfuture...

History of the Minimum Wage

The minimum wage began in 1938, as a provision of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). This law set a minimum wage of $0.25 per hour and also was the first to set standards regarding overtime pay and child labor. Since 1938, minimum wage increases are passed at the will of Congress as amendments to the FLSA.

While original proposals for the FLSA provided for a commission that would set the minimum wage after a public hearing and consideration of cost-of-living, the version of the FLSA that passed set a specific rate and had no provisions regarding updating the minimum wage. Thus, the minimum wage has not kept pace with the cost on inflation.

Jack Walsh Retired head of General Electric. Was asked on the Colbert Report. If Exec’s were over paid.

Walsh said absolutely not..

When asked Why. He said..

Because they got it..

He didn’t say they earned it.

He said, because they got it..

Do you understand that is the new Corporate definition of capitalism..

It is no longer a theory of Supply and demand. It is a theory of controlling the supply.

Manipulating prices to the disadvantage of the competition. Not providing a superior product.

Monopolizing a sector necessary for the continued existence of our nation at an acceptable level.

Health care is not the  only sector under siege. Energy another.

Is another ATT monopoly break up in the future?

The cost of medical care will continue to drive America into bankruptcy. Not because they are the best. Not because we enjoy the best service..

But because they can get it..

In response to Walsh’s statement. Colbert said..

I agree 100%, coal miners get black lung disease, because they want it..

Coal mine managers, don’t get black lung disease. Because they want it less.

US Health Care System Ranked 37th

Boston Globe Online (www.boston.com/globe) (06/21/00) P. A2

A survey of the world's health systems, released Tuesday by the World Health Organization (WHO), found that the United States ranked 37th out of the 191 systems reviewed by the organization. The WHO report investigated the quality of care in each country, how much it cost, and how well it was distributed among the people. The United States, which spends the most per person on healthcare each year--$3,700 per person--ranks lower than its industrialized counterparts like Japan, Canada, Scandinavia, the majority of Western European countries, and even several Middle Eastern countries, in part because it fails to provide its poor with adequate healthcare. France came first overall on the list, while the bottom third of the list was made up primarily of countries in sub-Saharan Africa, which have seen their health standards decrease considerably over the last 10 years. According to Dr. Christopher Murray, the WHO's director of global programs on evidence for health policy, "The HIV epidemic has had an enormous hit on African countries, taking 10 years off life expectancy."
