We just got back from San Juan, Puerto Rico, so I thought I'd post a few pics. We decided to blow off the Turkey "Thing" this year, and go South for a little warm weather. Rather than Turkey, we ate Cuban.....................

This is the kind of thing you see in your yard, when you live in Tennessee. This isn't my yard, but I've had simmilar experiences several times over the years.
Is there anyone here who remembers Dr. Chuck Wood, the Music Director at B.C. back in the 1980’s?
I do. I was in his band back then. He was quite a character and quite a musician too. I learned a bunch from him.
Does anyone remember The Electric Oil Sump, from the Tam back then? He also played in that Band.
I’ll never forget the trip to Mazatlan, Mexico, for a Band Competition (we took the sweepstakes trophy). What a trip! I’ll also never forget our trip to Band Camp, on Catalina Island, to get ready for it.
Besides being retired from the Army Band, he had a Doctoral Degree from Juillard. The guy smoked Cubans, drove a Panterra and was a Body Builder at 60 years old (Mr. WOW).
Has anyone else out there got a memory or a story to tell about Chuck? If so, let’s hear them.
