Azalea EXPLOSION in the neighborhood!
Living in California, I have the pleasure of springtime with azaleas.  It doesn't seem the freeze did any damage to these magnificent plants of color.  These are pics I took, just walking the dog around the block.  Just thought I'd share.

Beautiful! Thanks!

I have not been able to figure out the trick of making anything grow here yet.

The weather is too strange for me.

It was 70 degrees and fantastic yesterday but today it is 30 degrees and snowing!

(((sigh)))

Oh well.. :-)

I love 'zaleys'. I'm not in the area, I live in the central coast, but the January freeze destroyed 3 of mine, as well as several beautiful tropical trees I've had for years. My one surviving azalea is having a wonderful bloom at this moment. It's a hot pink type, don't remember the breed.

Maybe it's the coochee azalea.  So if you live on the coast. Why are you blogging in BFL?  And do you have any rooms for rent this weekend?  *wink* I kid, I kid, ok, really?
