That&nbsp;case never even went to court, even though there were 4 or 5 participants, because her cousin confessed&nbsp;then took a plea bargain.&nbsp;The family wanted everyone involved to be tried, heard and served...even started a petition to try and force jagals to&nbsp;try each person in a court of law. That didn't happen and whatever jagals did&nbsp;do he wasn't sharing any&nbsp;records with the public. Three of the five were teenagers at the time. One got seven years, another took a plea in juvenal court (never heard the results on that) and the third, 19 year old Robert Vallejo, suffered a street justice sentence and was beaten to death in Leredo.</p> <p>One of my daughter's best friends, Jason Sutton, was&nbsp;celebrating his birthday and soon to be first born son on a saturday just before sundown.
