Date:&nbsp; Wednesday, July 16, 2008 Details:On 7-16-08, at approximately 230 PM, Deputies were dispatched to a spousal abuse occurring in the 100 blk of Bendix St. in Oildale. When deputies arrived the victim said that she and her boyfriend, Bernard Williams, 68 yrs old, 7-30-40, had been arguing.&nbsp; The victim told deputies that Williams had consumed alcohol earlier today and he had fired a gun into their backyard. The victim told deputies that Williams was inside of their residence with access to firearms. Deputies attempted to contact Williams at the residence and he did not respond. After approximately 1 &frac12; hours Williams responded to deputies commands and exited the residence.&nbsp; Williams was taken into custody without incident. During the investigation deputies seized a firearm from the residence.
