On 2-23-09, at 9:45 P.M., Kern County Sheriff&#039;s Deputies arrested John
Jacob Jones, a 26 year old white male, at 5501 Norris Road in
Bakersfield. Jones had an outstanding warrant charging him with robbery,
assault with a deadly weapon, and burglary.&amp;nbsp; The warrant was issued in
connection to a home invasion robbery which occurred on 1-27-09 on
Harrison Street in Ford City.

Deputies are currently seeking a second suspect in this case.The
suspect identified as&amp;nbsp; Brian James McAllister, a 26 year old white male,
6&#039;1&amp;quot;, 170 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes.&amp;nbsp; McAllister has an active
warrant charging him with robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, and
burglary.&amp;nbsp; McAllister should not be approached or confronted by the
public.&amp;nbsp; Anyone with information on McAllister&#039;s whereabouts is asked to
call 911 or 861-3110 to report the information.&amp;nbsp;

Details:On January 27, 2009, at approximately 10:00 pm, Deputies of the
Kern County Sheriff&amp;rsquo;s Office went to a residence in the 100 block of
Harrison Street, in the city of Taft, regarding a residential robbery.

Arriving Deputies learned three (3) males had been robbed, with two (2)
of them being assaulted with a deadly weapon, at the residence.&amp;nbsp; The
victims reported that two (2) suspects forced entry into the residence
by breaking the living room window.&amp;nbsp; 

Once inside the suspects, armed with a knife and stick, demanded money
from one of the victims.&amp;nbsp; This victim then gave the suspects forty (40)
dollars in cash and a cellular telephone.

After this, the suspects forced open a bedroom door where two other
male occupants were asleep.&amp;nbsp; The suspects then assaulted one of the
males with a knife, which resulted in two (2) stab wounds to the head
and another to his left hand. The other victim received a laceration to
the head during a struggled with the suspects.&amp;nbsp; 

The suspects left the residence and the victims were able to notify the
Sheriff&amp;rsquo;s Office.&amp;nbsp; The two victims that received non life threatening
injuries during the robbery were transported to local hospitals in
Bakersfield for treatment.&amp;nbsp; 

Suspects are described as two (2) white males, 20-25 years old,
5&amp;rsquo;10&amp;rdquo; to 6&amp;rsquo;0&amp;rdquo;, 150 -170 pounds.&amp;nbsp; They also were described
as wearing dark hooded sweatshirts, green and black pants.&amp;nbsp; 

Investigators of the Kern County Sheriff&#039;s Office Taft Substation are
conducting an investigation of the incident and urge anyone with
