Brothers said his name was &ldquo;dogfish.&rdquo; Brothers said he enlisted in the Marines while at Norfolk State University from 1980 to 1986. Brothers said his military obligation followed him to Bakersfield. Brothers said he trained with an M-16 A-1 riffle. He said he was trained to shoot in bootcamp.
