The entire incident was captured on tape.&nbsp; A young man named Xavier Zamora saw what was happening and ran to get his video recorder; the police arrested Mr. Zamora for Obstruction of Justice; Mr. Zamora did not interfer in what the police were doing; all he did was take a video of the incident, but apparently, the police did not like being video taped.&nbsp; Mr. Zamora was within his rights to take video pictures.&nbsp; The police were very unproffessional and rude to Mr. Zamora. Right now, there is a case going on in Kern County Courts where 3 Kern County Deputies are being accussed of beating another Kern County inmate to death.
