The interviewer called me at work to tell me I got the job!</p> <p>When I worked for a cheap born-out-of-wedlock (thought I was going to say &quot;bastard,&quot; didn't you?) boss I left a folded paper showing a want ad page on my desk when I went home. Circled a few competitive jobs with red pen. Couldn't be missed. Later the next day, got told I am getting a raise. I work for a tech company usually log in to the office around 6AM (ET) for about an hour from home, then head into the office and log back in around 8 am (ET) and work until 6ish including working during lunch. Plus working from home in the evening and weekends.
