k pues onto the update! here we go!

SINALOA:: it was amazing! sooo beautiful ^.^ When we first got there it was dry and soooo hot! I almost melted away lol then like a week after our arrival it rained. Omg, absolutly everything transformed GREEN! gosh it was amazing , the air was soo clean and the stars had never been so close ^.^ I got to spend time with my grandparents and cousins for the first time in like more than ten years. I go to learn and experience so much of my heritage LUVED IT!! <3 <3

NERD:: k just as promissed I took a few pics and made a couple of vids ^.^ and of course they are soo silly , Hope you smile big :D

How was your Thanksgiving? Wht did you say thnx for?? ^.^ This X-mass, where u in the nice list or the naughty one?? lol What did you get for Xmass????

I got to hang out with my family for T-day ^.^ it was fun lol my little brothers are so funny. I <3 them!! Hola hermanitos! ^.^ We went live on my blogtv.com channel! I recorded some of it to share ^.~ For X-mass Coach ( aka QueNo, one of my Angels lol Hola COACH!!! <3 u!! lol ) gave me a mighty mouse!! my mouse rox my sox off lol \m/

These Holidays, I have been really productive and lots of things have changed.

I got a new job, made new friends, worked on my projects, wrote some music and started a band!! lol Told ya' I was productive! ^.^ ok ok here are the details.................

NERDING OUT- so exciting! my nerd out buddy( james) and I have been working really hard on a new Flash layout to be posted and announced VERY soon!! lol The painting took a bit of the backseat this month due to lack of materials but I will be getting stuff very soon!! But I didn't waste any time lol I got some concept sketches, good ones too! lol and... lol my new job is a paid internship with Snackerz Inc. doing desing! yay!!

FASHION- CoUtUrE YoUtH , my fashion project with my roomies, is coming along very well. I finally finished editing the video of ROBOTluv's exclusive interview! lol If all goes as smoothly as it has been, our site will be up in no time! lol Sooo just keep an eye open for that ^.~

DANCE- FLAUNT-A-GOGO videos and site are coming soon! lol new layout with tons of cool stuff. =) I'm always taking requests on what to dance next lol send me your song request at flauntvida@gmail.com A new dance video is coming up soon! ^.^

MUSIC- still writing and practicing original music ^.^ gosh, it feels great lol oh! I made new friends in Cudahy and got invited to an open mic lol My roomie took a 30 sec video of my debut with her phone so that I can share it with my FLAUNTERS ( thnk u roomie!!! <3 u Pina ^.^ ) ummmmmmm I started my band!!!!! we are LOS TRIANGULOS and we will rock u! \m/ lol ok so I have two members Erick and Mr.Soul. I posted their pics on this blog lol ( Hola TRIANGULOS !! ^.^)

NERDING OUT- I didn't sign up for the workshop because I couldn't afford it soo..... I turned that lemon into lemonade by getting a freelance gig for a fundraiser! ^.^ wish me luck ^.~ oh! and i made a short video for fun! its like a min. & half long and I have two heads! lol

oh my! were to start? so much is happening right now lol ok let see:

NERDING= I am signing up for some workshops for dreamweaver and flash as I continue to experiment on my sites ^.^ I also have fun editing video, writing my book and painting! lol Oh! I have an online nerd buddy!! his name is James ( hola James! lol ) He is very smart and sweet ^.^

Hola ^.^

As you all know from my previous posts, Im on a quest to have a life style of Nerding out all day and Dancing all night lol Its been quite the ride so far and I feel I'm almost there!! Here is the the latest progress report:

NERD OUT: The semester is almost done! I feel pretty good on my performance ^.^ I found I really enjoy web development so I decided I will continue to take courses on the subject =) OH! and I found a really cool / fun nerding out buddy at last! lol who is he? ...SUPERMAN!! lol his name is Rick but I call him superman because of his last name and because he works in the office during the week but enjoys climbing mountains, canyoneering, rappeling and rock climbing on the weekends lol We went hiking together!! 8 miles!! I even caught a lizard lol He sounds really nifty doesn't he?? and he's single ladies! ^.~ ( HI SUPERMAN!!! told ya I was going to embarras you on my blog lol )

GOGO DANCE: Ok Im really excited about this one! After my post on my pursuit for a dream life consisting on nerding out and dancing , I received many good ideas and wishes from you guys ^.^ First things first, Special Thnx w/ an X to TJA2FORDSTERS, CHICOESQUELA, DENICEFLORES78 AND MATTLOCH for all the good ideas and best wishes ^.^ ( big applause and cheers!!! ) and now for the big announcement , DRUMROLL PLEASE!! .......................................

I am VERY happy to say that I will be launching my website this summer!!! It will have GoGoDance videos, Drink tutorials, Dancefloor ettiquette advice, Event coverege and oh so much more!!!! Don't miss out the launch and subscribe to my youtube channel ^.^ Can't wait to FLAUNT-a- GOGO!!!

ok so I have def. been a busy bee lol here we go!

Bartending> ok so this one hasn't been so good :/ I didn't go to the seminar thingy . I decided to learn hands on , so I'm still looking for a bar-back postion. I'm available to work from 5 to 11pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and fridays and anytime on Saturdays and Sundays. Know anyone looking to hire a motivated, hardworking, quick learner for a bar-back position?? >.<

GO-GO dancing> I started networking right away :) I contacted some people in LA that organize events. They asked for 3 pictures and a resume, so now I'm looking for photographers that need to expand their portfolios. Know any??

Nerding out> I enrolled for 2 online classes at bc. I am currently taking Dreamweaver and html/xml :D VERY EXCITING STUFF! lol I purchased a domain and I'm now working on my site!! I even found a printer for shirts in LA and will go visit the shop next week yay! ^.^ I can't wait to get my designs out there! still gets very lonely tho' :-/ Wish I knew other cool/fun people to nerd out with , Know any??

FLAUNTING my lastest adventure...

Hola! :D

Ok so remember some blog back when I wrote that if I could nerd out all day and dance all night, i would lol well i started to think. . . . WHY NOT?! This is America. If I'm going to live dreams is going to be here, right? So I began to try to come up with ideas to pursue this life. lol I came up with the following:

Nerding out> I can take some classes like on Javascript, macromedia, flash, etc.. during the day :)

Dancing> Im by no means rich so I need to work. I thought bartendin/ gogo dance could be something interesting to try. Besides I've been offered this before but wasn't 21 yet lol and I have been wanting to try it out for the last 3 yrs now :)

Ok so that sounds do-able. The thing now is to go for it.

I looked up the classes for next semester and they offer all the classes I'm interested in ! :D yay! so now I just need to look for the second part , bartending. >.<

I looked up bartending on the classifieds section of this site and found 1 post lol It was an add for a bartending school. I called the number and got signed up for an informative seminar on the 17th at the Ramada Inn.

I dont really know much about bartending other than the obvious. I started wondering what any of you might think/ suggest I could do to succeed on my lastest adventure :) Also I wouldn't mind picking the brain of experienced bartenders and gogo dancers :)

soo what do you , my Bako FLAUNTERS, think?! Will I make it? Do you have any ideas/ suggestions/ comments?

Hola! :D Happy Halloween!! lol I hope all of you have an awsome fun and safe Halloween :D
This year has been a special halloween for me. I don't really celebrate Halloween but I think I can learn to like this holiday lol This is the first time I carve a pumpkin and the 3rd time ever to dress up lol I had so much fun today that I wanted to share with you, my Faboulous Bako FLAUNTERS! :)

I entered my pumpkin at work and to my surprise I WON FIRST PLACE!! :D

Omg! I cant belive its Wed. already! lol well im happy the week is just flying by ha ha ha! I can't wait for the weekend to get here already! Im going to LA to celebrate my cousin's Bday :D yay!! I love dancing!! idk the club we're going to yet but I do know its gonna be a BLAST!

NERDING OUT- I've been up to some nerding out of my own when ever I can steal some time for it. I wish I had more time for it and more company :/ ummmm I was happy to get some company the other night tho' THNX BEBE* gol Im currently experimenting w/ Flash on my own and I plan on focusing on Dreamweaver more intensibly when my schedule permits me lol For now Im just brushing up on Photoshop and also reacquainting myself w/ Illustrator. Ok , so I know I've been absent from my Bako Blog for like a week :/ Im sorry lol But I do have a good excuse !! Idk if anyone cares or w/e but I've been wanting to start a line of products w/ my name on it for some time now. What does that have to do w/ my excuse? well.. lol I pretty much spent all week working on that dream in plans to make it come true very soon :)

The name of the line will be VIDALMA and the name of the online store will be Quiero VIDALMA ( quiero means I want ) lol So what do you think? you like?

But thats not all I did ! lol i also started a new blog THOUGHT FLAUNT by VIDALMA

Alright so, after yesterdays plea for a teacher, I realized that it would be so cool to find people like me to nerd out w/.

So what if a group of individuals that are interested in learning or perfecting their skill on certain programs get together regularly to support one another? something like a club :) Does that sound like something that might interest you? Or do you know of something like that , that exists in Bakersfield? If so please let me know!

Ok so I just got Adobe's Suite 3 the design Premium :) cool i know lol ( god , im such a nerd lol ) Anyway, I want to learn to use Dreamweaver, Flash and brush up on Photoshop and Illustrator. The issue is that I am a broke student and well learns mostly by herself. I need a teacher!! Someone please teach this broke , desperate geek by teaching her Flash and Dreamweaver!!
