I ate...

I ate there just after it opened.

Great selection of beer on tap, food was so-so.

The pulled pork entree was cubes of pork, bland and practically tasteless. Not anything like what pulled pork should be. The salad was lettuce and a few spinach leaves.

I wonder why businesses advertise pulled pork when it's cubed? I found the same thing at Dave's Barbeque. C'mon folks, pulled is when it's pulled apart. The new Highland will have to go some to match the reputation the old one had. I never ate there but heard about it for years.

I'm wondering when the Pepper Tree on Norris is opening. I drove by today and saw a few people milling around inside as if in a meeting.
