Many of these children are victims of physical, sexual and emotional abuse, neglect and/or abandonment. Children are referred to FFN by county departments of social services. The program places boys and girls, birth to 18 years old, in loving foster homes. <br /> <br /> FFN recruits and trains families, including single-parents, who are willing to provide a warm, stable, nurturing environment for these children.
