So much for "Supersize It," a Virginia man has lost 75 pounds on a diet consisting of nothing but McDonald's food.
To be fair though, it was mostly wraps and salads, but still, Mickey D's as a diet? Have to admire the man.

Jun 21, 2008 at 04:06 PM : Anyone will lose...

Anyone will lose weight with sensible exercise and a rabbit food diet. Jarad lost weight on a Subway sandwich diet. Of course, the ads don't say Jarad also had a dietitian and physical trainer. Nor does the ad mention the cost of an exclusive fast food diet compared to common sense food shopping. But since commercials don't lie or mislead, we should all take their word and eat grease pit garbage for better health.

Of course, a responsible pet owner wouldn't feed McD's to their dog. What do those crackpots know, anyway?
