My cousin said that they may not be able to get the driveways clear. They&nbsp; had a few warm days and I guess under the snow the ground is really wet. But their levies are built to 61 feet my Cousins have told me.</p> <p>I guess the snow pack isn't very deep in Canada where the Souirs comes from. So Minot has their fingers crossed. I guess all their resevors and diversion channels are Empty for now. It empties into the Missouri.
