I know this girl because she used to live with her elderly grandparents around the corner from us.&nbsp; She ran all over those grandparents.&nbsp; She started hanging around our house as all the kids in the neighborhood did since we had a pool.&nbsp; She moved in with us for a week but I had to ask her to leave because she did not want to follow the rules.&nbsp; Our rules were simple...we want to know exactly where you are if you are not here.&nbsp; We want phone numbers, addresses and the names of parents.&nbsp; She would just disappear and once did so with one of my daughters who was not nearly as worldly as she was.&nbsp; I grounded my daughter and sent the other girl on her way back to her grandparents house.&nbsp; You would not believe the horror stories I hear about how these kids ended up in foster care. She has had kids who's moms forced balloons of cocaine down them to get across the border, she has had one who will not talk (he can he just won't)&nbsp;as his mom would duct tape hands, legs &amp; mouth of&nbsp;he and his sibling, put them in a room, close the door and take off to do her &quot;thing&quot;. At some point one of the sibs got lose, knocked over the candle she left in the room and started a fire. That these kids even got out is a small miracle. She took one kid for a scheduled visit with mom. When she picked the kid up she noticed he was acting weird so she took him immediately to the emergency room and had him blood tested.....................This CHILD tested positive for cocaine!!!!&nbsp; MOM had given this kid cocaine during her visit!!! Needless to say the mom will never see this child again, but what will become of the child?
