I am looking for single roomates to share a large four bedroom , three bath home that is four blocks from the BC Campus with use of new washer, dryer, DSL Wireless Internet, a pool, and more. It is on a quiet street in a great neighborhood. I would like to share with Full or Part-time students at BC or CSUB. No smoking, pets, drugs, or parties. Must have verifiable income or co-signer to pay rent each month. I have two rooms for rent: one is $375, $300 Deposit, Plus your share of Electricity, Gas and Water. It is16x22, has a pool view, french doors, fresh paint and a separate 3/4 bath and is move in ready. The other room is $350 plus the same deposit and utilities is 12x12 and shares the large bath in the picture with two sinks and tub/shower combo. Close 178 freeway on-ramps for Mt Vernon and Oswell. No couples or shares please.
